Nestled in the heart of Park Circle, among beautiful parks and a vibrant commercial district, our home offers convenience, comfort, and style. The house features a large front porch under a huge oak tree, a well equipped open kitchen, and a large, private backyard. The property features: PORCH SEATING Embrace the Southern custom and relax on the front porch with a cold drink. Wave hi to the friendly neighbors and enjoy the mature trees around you. BRIGHT, OPEN LIVING AREA The space flows from the sitting area into the dining area into the kitchen, making it easy for your group to comfortably gather and spend time together. The dining area, which seats 6 comfortably, is perfect for a family meal or game night. We provide a nice collection of board games. A WELL EQUIPPED SPACIOUS KITCHEN The kitchen features a gas range, a large island, and lots of counter space. It is equipped with most everything you should need to make a delicious meal - a variety of pots, pans, dishes, knives, cooking utensils, a full spice drawer, and plenty of cabinetry. There are 4 seats at the kitchen island. 3 COMFORTABLE BEDS All three bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds. We only use white cotton linens with fluffy duvets for a touch of hotel elegance. 2 FULL BATHROOMS The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bathroom is located between the other two bedrooms and has a bathtub/shower combo. PRIVATE BACKYARD Enjoy the fully fenced backyard by grilling out and having a dinner under the stars or by watching the kids or pups play. PRIVATE PARKING With its own private driveway that accommodates 2 vehicles and an additional spot in front of the house, parking and unloading will be the least of your worries throughout your stay here! Neighborhood
Located in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston, our house is an ideal place to stay when visiting the Charleston area for work or play. Park Circle is a friendly, eclectic neighborhood conveniently located a short drive from the airport, downtown Charleston, and the beaches (10 minutes to the airport, 12 minutes to the North edge of downtown, and 15-20 minutes to the beaches at Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms, to be more precise). Its also about 10 minutes to Credit One Stadium, the Performing Arts Center, and the Coliseum AND less than five minutes from Firefly and Riverfront for all you concert and festival lovers. Our diverse and open-minded neighborhood is experiencing an exciting revitalization. It is an easily walkable area peppered with several parks, green spaces, and outdoor recreational areas, even its own disc golf course. A new community center opened in November 2023 in the very center of Park Circle, with a huge inclusive playground. We cannot overstate how cool this playground is. Walk to the Farmer’s Market on Thursdays, pick up some craft beers at the Brew Cellar, shop for vintage at The Station. Be sure to visit Stems and Skins, our friendly neighborhood (James Beard nominated) wine bar and try some of our awesome local restaurants. You can walk or bike to Riverfront Park, located just outside of Park Circle on the Cooper River. Riverfront Park is home to the High Water Music Festival, hosts many other concerts and festivals throughout the year, and is a great spot for a picnic. Top Golf and the Tanger Outlet Mall are both about ten minutes away. The last thing we will note about the neighborhood is that it is encircled by train tracks that service Charleston’s port. The trains can create a fun memory for children; however, if you think the noise may bother you, you may want to consider staying in a different part of the Charleston area. Other than the occasional train horn, we think you will find the neighborhood peaceful and quiet.

The neighborhood is super walkable. If you bring a car, feel free to park in our driveway or along the street. If you are without car, we recommend Uber or Lift. If you've never used these ride services, we'd be happy to help you set them up!
